Technical Support

Welcome to the NetSoft Studio presentation and support portal. From here, you can begin a remote support session with a technical support engineer to assist you with any problems you may be having. If you are scheduled for a presentation and/or webinar demonstration or training, you will be able to access those presentations and demonstration here as well.

Joining a Presentation

For presentations, your presenter will provide you with a session key to join the presentation. Enter the session key below, then click on the "Submit" button to join the presentation

Requesting Remote Technical Support

You will need a session key to continue. A session key is provided by the support engineer while on the phone with you. If you are not currently on the phone with a support engineer, please call 775-996-1343 Option 2. A support engineer will evaluate the problem you are encountering, and if a remote session is needed to resolve your issue, they will provide you with a session key. Enter the session key below, and then click on the "Submit" button. This will begin the process of initiating a support session by downloading the support client software. Once downloaded, run the support client program, and follow the instructions to get connected.
